Great games yesterday.  Smooth all around.  Thanks for cleanup help at Kerrisdale and Kits.  Also, I’m assuming Sunset cleanup worked out fine.

Standings look pretty interesting.  Div. 1 and Div. 3 are polarized while Div. 2 is fairly even.  Also, most interesting is that Div. 3 is scoring more points than Div. 2 on average. This has never happened before, suggesting that there may be some evening of strength between Div. 2 and Div. 3, or that Div. 2 may be weaker than usual.  This could be as many of the top Div. 2 teams have moved on to Div. 1.  Div. 1 remains strong, maintaining a significant average point spread over Div. 2.

Monitors are doing a great job.  Thanks.

A couple of simple things to keep in mind:

  1. 3 seconds in the key rule does apply
  2. Subbing – once ball crosses half court, players cannot sub.  If game is moving fast, the team bringing up the ball needs to slow the pace down when bringing up the ball to allow their team-mates to sub before the ball crosses half court.

Great week.  See you next Sunday.  Biraj
